     阀门在开始使用时可能有较高的转动力矩，artlok球阀的设计运作在一个完全
开放或完全封闭的立场。

测试：

     每只球阀出厂前均用氮气进行测试，1000psig（ 69bar） 。阀座有一个
最大允许泄漏率为0.1 cm3/min。

V2B系列阀门基座密封材料采用聚醚醚酮，具有很好的耐磨性，密封性能良好。

Important Information about Ball Valves

Valves that have not been cycled for a period of time may have a higher
initial actuation torque.

ball valves are designed to be operated in a fully open or fully
closed position.

Testing

Every ball valve is factory tested with nitrogen at 1000 psig
(69 bar). Seats have a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 std cm3/min.
Shell testing is performed
to a requirement of no
detectable leakage with a liquid leak detector.

Pressure-temperature ratings for V2B series valves are based on
listed seat materials PEEK.
